1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing or using this website means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, please do not continue on the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are intended solely for adult guests aged 18 and over. Confirming your age on the entry page means you affirm that fact. Photographic identification may be requested upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation is subject to availability and our confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be extra.
• A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless we agree otherwise.

4. Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled at no cost up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Best Available Rates can be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is highly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our grounds is regulated by International law and available only to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be arranged whenever you wish with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take all reasonable measures to maintain a safe setting. Our liability is capped to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We accept no responsibility for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Evergreenregalgardens or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

9. External links

This website may point to third-party websites. We bear no responsibility for their content or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes sit under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
